An industrial visit to 400kV Sub-station by EE Department

An industrial visit to the 400kV Grid Sub-station of Rajasthan Rajya Vidhyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, Kakani, was organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering on September 13, 2021, for the students of B.Tech V sem. A total of 38 students, along with Prof. Chander Shekhar Singh & Prof. Ankita Purohit, visited the sub-station. The students gained practical knowledge about the transmission and distribution of electricity in Jodhpur and nearby regions under the supervision of Er. Bhuri Singh (AEN, 440kV, GSS, Kakani).
