Overview

Diploma in Food Production is a 1½ year diploma level program related to transforming raw ingredients into prepared food items. It deals with preparation techniques, cooking methods, kitchen management, food cost control, etc. The Program comprises internship, theoretical and practical study.

The Food Production Diploma program is prepared to develop the culinary skills amongst students and prepare them for the Catering and Hospitality Industry. The subjects taught during the Program are Cookery, Larder, Hygiene & Nutrition, Commodities, Costing and Basic Computer.
